Villa Utopia

Utopia, a luxurious timeshare located on the hill of Alassio and designed by the F&Fdesign studio, involved us in an ambitious project: the creation of realistic and evocative images that highlighted the two villas, the portion of the hill and the surrounding flora. The modeling of the two villas was based on the technical drawings provided by the client, working in synergy to ensure that the result embodied their vision and showed as many details as possible. The modeling of the hill, however, involved a careful study of the topography of the land and the vegetation present. Not only did we enhance the experience with various images that embodied different points of view to immerse the viewer in 360 degrees, but we also completed it through a detailed and evocative video that could make potential buyers experience the beauty of the place and the marvel at its panorama.
