130 m2 where a second illegal kitchen on the veranda was uprooted.

In the residential context of Brindisi, the project concerns the renovation of a 130 m2 apartment, a space that aims to accommodate the new life needs of a young couple.

The division between the areas of the house becomes clear and the refunctionalisation of the internal spaces is the key to enhancing the couple’s passions. On one side, the living area, where the kitchen, queen of the space, silently communicates with the living room, as if the roles were immediately established in a constructed balance.

On the other side of the floor plan we can immediately identify the sleeping area, divided and organized according to the family’s growth prospects.
